• No Charge: The free sample offered via Audiopuff is provided at no cost. No refunds apply.

2. Paid Services

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests for paid services must be submitted within 3 days of the service purchase.
• Evaluation: We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted if the service fails to meet the advertised specifications or if there was an error processing your audio.
• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for:
  • User dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference.
  • Changes in audio processing after the delivery of the processed file.
  • Services where the processing was completed successfully as per the order.
• Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
